Celebrating 103 years

Osborne Park Uniting Church will be celebrating 103 years of worship in the area on Sunday 9 September.

Established in 1915, the original church has seen several additions and extensions over the years and experienced the variations in congregation size as many churches have.

At the centenary services in 2015, a total of about 220 attended, showing the many people who have attended over the years.

This year, the service will be at the normal worship time of 9.30am followed by a ‘bring and share’ luncheon. A concert with a variety of items from members of the congregation and music students will be held at 12.30pm. The congregation is blessed with several talented pianists and organists and look forward to a Pleasant Sunday Afternoon. Rev Sam McCollum is planned to take the service that day.

All are warmly welcomed to the service, luncheon and/or concert.
